How do I access buildium?
Click on the Resident Portal on the top right hand corner of the page. You can also go to www.dash100.managebuilding.com in order to access the Buildium Resident Portal for paying your rent and submitting maintenance requests.
How do I submit payments buildium?
Click on Resident Portal and login to the portal to pay rent online. There is a $1 convenience fee for debit cards and 2.99% charge for credit cards online.
How do I submit a 60 day notice to vacate?
60 day notices must be submitted in writing to Dash Property Management. You can email us at dan@rentwithdash.com. All 60 day notices will take effect effective from the BEGINNING of the next month (i.e. if you submit a 60-day notice July 15th, your notice will be for October 1st. If you are within a lease period and breaking the lease, please note that breaking the lease will result in a $400 break-lease fee. If you are in a month to month lease, this is not the case.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, all residents must possess renters insurance in order to occupy their units. This type of insurance offers reassurance by safeguarding personal belongings and providing coverage for potential liabilities arising from unforeseen circumstances.
What are your qualification standards for renting?
We require three times income to the rent for all units, a credit score of at least 600, and no prior evictions.
How do I give a notice to vacate?
Notice to vacate forms can be downloaded here. Once completed, this form should be emailed to dan@rentwithdash.com.
Are there any instructions for moving out?
